Your License Rights Explained

All deals inside deal quokka either come with the commercial license or if they are inside the pLR vault they come with the pLR license below:

#1 - DEAL QUOKKA COMMERCIAL LICENSE

This is a non-exclusive, non-transferable license agreement between you and Deal Quokka.

This license applies to all digital deals unless otherwise stated in the deal listing page or download.

Please read this agreement carefully before using the product. If you choose not to accept this agreement, you must return the product unused. By using any part of the Data, you are agreeing to the following terms:

YOU ARE ALLOWED TO

  • YOU MAY modify and use the Content as many times as you’d like, for your own personal or commercial use, in derivative works created by you, around the world, in any medium you prefer, for as long as you need.
  • The Content may be used, or incorporated according to the guidelines described herein into any work (including broadcast, commercial, industrial, educational and personal) that is created by YOU provided that work is not then sold or distributed as either a single product or as part of any digital product library, collection, set or product.​

YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO

  • Resell, sub-license, share or (re)distribute any of the digital files.
  • Install or embed on 3rd party platforms/servers
  • You must incorporate the assets into other works (embed) that is part of a bigger overall project.
  • Use Content in a connection with obscene, defamatory, libelous, immoral, infringing, or illegal subject matter.
  • Use Content as or as part of a trademark, logo, or similar
  • Represent that any Content was created by anyone other than the copyright holder(s) of that Content,
  • Use Content in tangible or digital products intended for resale. For example, you may not use Images in retail merchandise or in digital templates available for sale via the internet.
  • The Content may not be transferred to third parties through the use of online services or networks.
  • You may not sell, sublicense, loan, give or transfer any part of the Content or a copy thereof (except in accordance with the permitted use in a work created by you), to another person or company.

#2 - DEAL QUOKKA PLR PRODUCTS LICENSE

This is a non-exclusive, non-transferable license agreement between you and Deal Quokka.

This license only applies to products included inside our PLR Vault, all other products come with the commercial license featured above.

NOTE each deal may come with it's own license inside the download or deal listing which overides this default license below.

Please read this agreement carefully before using the product. If you choose not to accept this agreement, you must return the product unused. By using any part of the Data, you are agreeing to the following:

YOU ARE ALLOWED TO

  • Can be sold
  • Can be used for personal use
  • Can be packaged with other products
  • Can modify/change the main product
  • Can put your name on the sales letter
  • Can convey and sell Personal Use Rights
  • You are responsible for your own hosting, download locations, payment processor and customer service to your customers.

YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO

  • Giveaway the products
  • Add to free membership sites
  • Offered through auction sites
  • Cannot sell Resell Rights
  • Cannot sell Master Resale Rights
  • Cannot sell Private Label Rights
  • You cannot resell the Deal Quokka Library as a whole or recreate the concept of the Deal Quokka Library.
  • You cannot transfer the resell rights to others. This means while your customers can purchase and use the materials from you, they won't have the rights to then resell those materials to others.
